Enterprise Sales Managers are responsible for developing the enterprise business in their assigned Geographies. She/He should have a decent understanding of the hospitality segment and selling to hospitality customers
1 Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
2 Research and analyze the market potential, create strategies for Go-To-Market and execute the strategies
3 Set up meetings with potential clients and develop relationship with the customers , understand their pain and propose the right solutions
4 Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry;
5 Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
6 Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
7 Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
8 Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
9 Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
10 Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
11 Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
12 Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
13 Hospitality Sales experience preferred
14 Local language (Thai) speaking proficiency
