Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development and Execution:
o Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition,
lead generation, and brand awareness for SaaS products.
o Plan and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, paid media,
email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
o Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with
company goals.
2. Campaign Management:
o Design and implement PPC, social media ads (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook, etc.), and
display advertising campaigns.
o Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI, track KPIs, and adjust strategies as needed.
o Analyze and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, identifying trends and
insights for optimization.
3. Content and SEO Optimization:
o Oversee content marketing initiatives including blogs, eBooks, white papers, case studies,
and webinars.
o Implement SEO best practices to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings.
o Collaborate with content teams to optimize website content and landing pages for SEO and
conversion.
4. Lead Nurturing and Conversion:
o Develop and manage lead generation and nurturing processes using marketing automation
tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
o Optimize conversion rates by designing and testing landing pages, CTAs, and lead capture
forms.
o Ensure seamless handoff of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to the sales team for follow-up.
5. Data-Driven Marketing & Analytics:
o Use data and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) to track and measure
marketing performance.
o Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
o Develop dashboards and reports to communicate campaign performance to stakeholders.
6. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
o Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists.
o Collaborate with the product, design, and engineering teams to ensure marketing efforts are
aligned with the product roadmap.
o Foster relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to amplify marketing
efforts.

Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
Proven track record of driving successful digital marketing campaigns and achieving business goals.
Expertise in managing PPC, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
Solid knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar).
Experience with A/B testing, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
Preferred:
Knowledge of growth hacking strategies.
Familiarity with UX/UI principles for marketing.
