Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development and Execution:
o Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition,
lead generation, and brand awareness for SaaS products.
o Plan and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, paid media,
email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
o Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with
company goals.
2. Campaign Management:
o Design and implement PPC, social media ads (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook, etc.), and
display advertising campaigns.
o Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI, track KPIs, and adjust strategies as needed.
o Analyze and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, identifying trends and
insights for optimization.
3. Content and SEO Optimization:
o Oversee content marketing initiatives including blogs, eBooks, white papers, case studies,
and webinars.
o Implement SEO best practices to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings.
o Collaborate with content teams to optimize website content and landing pages for SEO and
conversion.
4. Lead Nurturing and Conversion:
o Develop and manage lead generation and nurturing processes using marketing automation
tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
o Optimize conversion rates by designing and testing landing pages, CTAs, and lead capture
forms.
o Ensure seamless handoff of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to the sales team for follow-up.
5. Data-Driven Marketing & Analytics:
o Use data and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) to track and measure
marketing performance.
o Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
o Develop dashboards and reports to communicate campaign performance to stakeholders.
6. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
o Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists.
o Collaborate with the product, design, and engineering teams to ensure marketing efforts are
aligned with the product roadmap.
o Foster relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to amplify marketing
efforts.

Qualifications:
 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment.
 Experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
 Proven track record of driving successful digital marketing campaigns and achieving business goals.
 Expertise in managing PPC, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
 Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
 Solid knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar).
 Experience with A/B testing, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization.
 Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
 Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.

Preferred:
 Knowledge of growth hacking strategies.
 Familiarity with UX/UI principles for marketing.
