About the Role:

As the Regional Sales Manager – West,  He/She will play a pivotal role in driving significant revenue growth within your assigned geographic territory. You will leverage your deep understanding of the hospitality landscape to identify and secure deals with large, complex hotel chains and hospitality groups.

Responsibilities:

·       Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive market penetration in your assigned territory

·       Research and analyze the market potential within the hospitality segment, identifying key trends and opportunities

·       Proactively generate leads through a multi-channel approach, including cold calling, networking, and social media prospecting

·       Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at leading hospitality businesses, understanding their unique challenges and proposing solutions

·       Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition to enterprise clients in the hospitality industry

·       Negotiate and close high-value deals, overcoming objections and ensuring successful contract finalization

·       Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement within your territory

·       Report to National Sales Head on day to day basis activity.

Qualifications:

·       3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas, preferably within the hospitality industry, open from Other industry also.

·       Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives

·       Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans within a specific geographic territory

·       Experience with Hunting and Farming Role

·       Proficiency in CRM software.

·       Data-driven approach to sales, with a strong ability to analyze and interpret data

·       Travel within the assigned region (70%)
