Position : Training Executive
Job Location : Bangalore
Immediate joineers required.
Job Decprition:
Based on research, plan and implement training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths
Identify training needs according to needs
Lead, teach and evaluate new employee's
Build quarterly and annual training program as needed
Present all the technical and supply training requirements
Encourage employees for training
Prepare and deliver training courses
Implement training KPIs
Prepare and present reports on training program KIP's
Must Have:

Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and database software
Bachelors degree in Hotel Management, Training or related field.
