Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Prior experience in account management, channel management, or similar roles within the travel industry or OTAs.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills to establish rapport and collaborate effectively with hotel partners.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with hotel distribution systems, property management systems (PMS), and online travel distribution channels.
Proficiency in using OTA platforms and online travel reservation systems.
Knowledge of revenue management principles and practices.
Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Fluency in written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.
