Job Description
The Partner Manager will be responsible for winning, onboarding, maintaining, and expanding relations with channel partners within an assigned territory.    She/He will be responsible for understanding the overall sales strategy and implementing the necessary tactics to grow sales revenue thru the partner network    
1    Developing new sales channels through strategic partnerships with distributors, resellers, and retailers
2    Develop business plan(s) with clear goals, milestones and action points for each partner
3    Regular review of each business partners in-line with their business plan
4    Ensure sales quotas of each partner is monitored, managed and achieved
5    Finding new partners in targetted Geo's.
6    Negotiating contracts with new partners to ensure they comply with company standards
7    Providing training and support to new partner recruits to ensure they are able to effectively sell the company’s products or services
8    Improving performance of existing partners
9    Evaluating the performance of existing channel partners, suggesting improvements where necessary
10    Monitoring partner performance to ensure they are meeting sales quotas and maintaining customer satisfaction
11    Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations.
12    Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ partners and the engineering team.
13    Motivating and coaching partner employees to help them meet their goals
14    Establishing and maintaining effective communication with partners to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
15    Monitoring competitor activity in the industry to identify opportunities for market share growth thru partner network
